1. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by FinfoLab Technologies LLP, full payment is required at the time of registration or purchase. If a program includes a trial window, access to that trial will be provided only after full payment has been received.
2. Trial-window refunds
During an expressly offered trial window, a participant may request a refund. FinfoLab may approve that request at its discretion and may deduct charges applicable at that time. No refund is available after the trial window closes.
A trial window applies only when it is expressly included with the relevant product, service or program.
3. Suitability and transfer
Before enrolling or purchasing, users are responsible for checking the accuracy, suitability and relevance of the selected product, service or program. Enrolment and access are non-transferable.
4. Payment processing
You must have internet access and a valid, accepted payment method to purchase a FinfoLab product, service or program. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and users must also comply with their terms.
FinfoLab does not store card information restricted from storage under applicable Reserve Bank of India requirements. Where a third-party provider offers to store payment information, that choice is made by the user and is governed by the provider’s terms. FinfoLab is not responsible for loss arising from a third party’s storage or use of such information.
Applicable transaction charges, foreign-exchange fees, exchange rates and taxes may vary according to the payment method, billing information and transaction location. Failure to pay may result in withdrawal of access.
5. Cancellation and non-refundable payments
A user may cancel enrolment or participation at any time. Except for an approved request made within an expressly offered trial window, payments made in part or in full are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for non-use or dissatisfaction.
6. Changes to programs
FinfoLab may cancel or reschedule a program, live lecture or webinar, or change the schedule, subjects, assignments, tests, quizzes, examinations, projects or evaluation methods.
FinfoLab may also limit, suspend, terminate, modify or discontinue access to a platform, program, coaching, support, evaluation or certification service. FinfoLab will not be liable to a user or third party for such modification, suspension or discontinuance and is not obligated to maintain any particular platform, program or related service.
7. Online classes and webinars
Access details for online live lectures and webinars may be sent by email. Participants must not share that access with any third party. If a participant cannot attend a scheduled session, they should inform FinfoLab in advance.
8. Ending participation
If you no longer wish to use a program, you may end your participation by giving notice to FinfoLab.
